Girard GSWH-2 Blower Motor Assembly (2022107592 / 2GWH-32)

The Girard 2022107592 Blower Motor Assembly, also identified as 2GWH-32, is a genuine OEM replacement combustion blower for the Girard GSWH-2 tankless RV water heater. This blower supplies the airflow required for proper propane burner ignition and operation.

If your Girard water heater isn't producing hot water, fails to ignite, or makes unusual noises during startup, a failing blower motor could be responsible. However, similar symptoms can also result from low 12V power, electrical connection problems, or other ignition system faults.

This replacement assembly is designed to restore proper combustion airflow when the original blower has been confirmed defective.

Technical Specifications

Signs of a Failing Girard Blower Motor

The combustion blower is an essential part of the GSWH-2 ignition sequence. If the motor fails or cannot provide the required airflow, the water heater may prevent burner ignition.

Common symptoms include:

• Blower fails to start when hot water is requested.

• Water heater attempts ignition but shuts down.

• Grinding, rattling, or squealing noises from the blower.

• Intermittent ignition or unexpected shutdowns.

• Water heater fails to produce hot water despite an adequate propane supply.

Troubleshooting Tip: Before replacing the blower, check the water heater's 12V supply, electrical connections, and combustion air passages. A blower that doesn't run isn't necessarily defective—the control board or another safety condition may be preventing it from operating.

Compatibility & Installation

The Girard 2022107592 (2GWH-32) is listed as a replacement blower motor assembly for the Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater.

Verify your water heater's model number and original component reference before ordering. Compatibility with other Girard models should not be assumed.

Because this component is part of the propane combustion system, installation should follow Girard's official service procedures. A qualified RV technician should perform replacement and confirm proper combustion operation.

Never bypass airflow safety devices or operate the water heater with required combustion components removed.
