Dometic 92200 Gas Valve and Burner Assembly for WH-10GEA and WH-16GEA XT

The Dometic 92200 Gas Valve and Burner Assembly is an OEM replacement gas-system kit for current Dometic 10-gallon WH-series RV water heaters. The assembly controls propane flow and delivers fuel to the burner during the ignition and heating cycle.

When the water heater calls for propane heat, the circuit board sends 12-volt DC power to the solenoid gas valve. The valve opens and allows propane to flow through the burner tube, where it is ignited to heat the water inside the tank. A failed valve, damaged burner tube, or restricted gas-system assembly can prevent ignition, reduce burner performance, or cause repeated shutdowns.

Dometic identifies the 92200 as the 10-gallon gas-system service kit and lists it for both the WH-10GEA and WH-16GEA models. The WH-16GEA XT uses a physical 10-gallon tank with a mixing system that provides up to 16 gallons of effective hot-water output.
