The Lippert Girard 2GWHAM/ GSWH-2 Tankless RV Water Heater delivers continuous, on-demand hot water for motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and other recreational vehicles. Also known as the Girard GSWH-2, this propane-powered RV water heater combines a 42,000 BTU burner, intelligent temperature monitoring, and an interior digital control panel for reliable hot-water performance without the recovery time of a traditional storage tank.

An onboard microprocessor continuously monitors incoming water temperature, water flow, and outlet temperature. The system automatically adjusts its operation to help maintain consistent hot water as conditions change.

Adjustable On-Demand Hot Water

The included wall-mounted digital control panel allows the desired water temperature to be adjusted from 95°F to 124°F. Setting the preferred outlet temperature at the controller helps reduce the need for excessive hot-and-cold mixing at the faucet.

With an operating flow rate of approximately 1 to 1.5 gallons per minute, the Girard 2GWHAM provides continuous hot water as long as the RV has sufficient freshwater, propane, 12-volt power, water pressure, and wastewater capacity.

Built for RV Installation

The compact Girard GSWH-2 is designed specifically for RV plumbing systems and can be installed in many openings previously occupied by conventional tank-style water heaters when paired with the correct exterior door and trim components.

Its quiet brushless motor helps reduce operating noise, while built-in freeze protection provides added protection during limited cold-weather operation. Proper winterization is still required whenever freezing temperatures are expected.
