Dometic 91365 RV Water Heater Ignition Circuit Control Board
The Dometic 91365 Circuit Control Board is an OEM replacement DSI control board for select Dometic and Atwood gas/electric RV water heaters. It acts as the central controller for propane operation, coordinating the ignition electrode, gas valve, thermostat, ECO safety circuit, and flame-sensing functions.
When hot water is requested, the board checks the safety circuit, opens the gas valve, and sends power to the igniter. It then monitors the electrode to confirm that the burner flame has been established. A failed circuit board may prevent the water heater from igniting, cause repeated lockouts, or interrupt propane operation even when the other components are working correctly.
The updated 91365 board uses a pin-style wiring connection rather than the older wiring harness that connected directly to the edge of the circuit board. Water heaters equipped with the older 10-position edge connector require the Dometic 92074 adapter, sold separately.

Signs You May Need This Part

Control-board symptoms can also be caused by low 12-volt voltage, a failed thermal cutoff, an open thermostat or ECO circuit, poor grounding, damaged wiring, a faulty gas valve, or an incorrectly positioned ignition electrode. Verify power and continuity through the safety circuit before replacing the board.

Installation time may be longer when the 92074 wiring adapter is required or when the existing wiring connections are corroded or damaged. Photograph the original wiring and verify the connector arrangement before removing the existing board.
